Our Story
From incorporation in 2021 to 150 acres of mining concessions — the journey of a fully Ghanaian-owned company committed to community and excellence.
Smart Micky Limited is a fully owned Ghanaian private limited liability company registered under the laws of Ghana, with its office at P.O. Box KS 27, Adum, Kumasi. The company was registered on the 1st of October 2021, with Messrs. Michael Owusu and Wilson Ato Sam as the Directors of the company.
The company was established with core business interests in construction (civil), mining, import and export. Over time, Smart Micky has focused its operations on small-scale mining, acquiring concessions of different sizes across various areas in the Adansi North District of the Ashanti Region.
The combined acreage of these concessions is approximately 150 acres. The primary objective in acquiring these mining concessions and establishing small-scale mining operations is to provide job opportunities and sustainable livelihoods for the teeming youth in the catchment areas of these concessions.
Today, Smart Micky Limited employs a direct workforce of 130 and supports an additional 25 indirect jobs — standing as a testament to our commitment to Ghanaian enterprise and community development.
